The Witch’s Bakery opens its doors today. In a “Before You Buy” Steam post on October 8, 2026, developer Sunny Lab confirmed that digital editions “will launch on 14th October 2026,” and its release-times map puts the unlock at 14:00 UTC, 11:00 in Argentina (ART), on Wednesday.
Published by Silver Lining Interactive, the game follows the young witch Lunne as she runs a bakery in Paris. Sunny Lab describes it as a story-first adventure “much more reminiscent of visual novels,” with simple baking and serving in between, and a full playthrough of about 20 to 25+ hours.

The map embedded in the post is headed “Global Release Times – 14 October.” It lists:

The map does not split the hour by platform. The PlayStation Store listing independently shows “10/14/2026 02:00 PM UTC.” The Nintendo and Xbox stores show the date only, so the Switch and Xbox hours rest on Sunny Lab’s map.
Platforms, price and physical copies
The game launches on PC (Steam), PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Sunny Lab lists it at £16.99 / $19.99 / €19.99, with a 10% launch discount across digital stores and regional pricing; the Nintendo US store also shows $19.99. Steam had not posted a price when we checked on October 12.
Physical editions arrive two days later, on October 16, for PS5, Switch and Switch 2 (as a Game Key Card), through Silver Lining Direct or local retailers. iOS and Android versions are coming later via Crunchyroll Game Vault, with no date yet. Sunny Lab says there are no plans for a Mac version.
The game is single-player, with one romance option, Estelle. It is playable in eight languages, including Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil). Sunny Lab says the team used no generative AI.
What to watch today: whether every storefront flips at 11:00 ART as the map says. There are no reviews or player numbers yet.
