# GTA VI's delay trail: how November 19 became the lock

> From Trailer 1's 2025 promise through Fall 2025 and May 26 to November 19, 2026 — the official Rockstar and Take-Two calendar, mapped as journalism, not launch-week hype.

The current lock is plain on Rockstar's [VI hub](https://www.rockstargames.com/VI/): *Grand Theft Auto VI* is **Coming November 19, 2026**, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. That sentence is the story's present tense. Everything else on this page is how the publisher got there — and what the trail still refuses to say.

This is calendar journalism. Not a trailer reaction, not a sales forecast, and not a PC guess. Rockstar has not listed a PC version on the VI materials reviewed for this piece.
